Connecticut High School Basketball - Canton knocked off by Sheehan
February 1, 2023: Wallingford, CT 06492 The Sheehan Titans basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Canton Warriors to 38 in the Titans non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Titans now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Guilford for a non-league contest on Friday, February 3. Sheehan will battle a Grizzlies team coming off a 38-27 non-league win over Branford (Branford, CT). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-11.
The Warriors (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Ellington (Ellington, CT). The Knights enter the North Central Connecticut contest with a 13-4 record. In their last contest, Ellington ran past East Granby (East Granby, CT), 62-28, in a league contest.
