The Thayer Central Titans basketball team scored 37 points and restricted the host Fairbury Jeffs to 33 in the Titans non-league victory on Saturday.

The Titans now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fillmore Central for a C2 District 8 contest on Tuesday, December 13. Thayer Central will battle a Panthers team coming off a 50-25 non-league loss to Centura (Cairo, NE). The Panthers record now stands at 2-2.

The Jeffs (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Centennial (Utica, NE). The Broncos come into the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Centennial edged Tri County (DeWitt, NE), 59-26, in a non-league contest.
