California High School Basketball - San Lorenzo ripped by Alameda
January 27, 2024: San Lorenzo, CA 94580 The Alameda Hornets basketball team scored 75 points and held the host San Lorenzo Grizzlies to 36 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Hornets now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Piedmont for a West Alameda County - Foothill contest on Wednesday, January 31. Alameda will meet a Highlanders team coming off a 62-15 non-league win over El Cerrito (El Cerrito, CA). The Highlanders record now stands at 13-9.
The Grizzlies (8-14) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Eden (Hayward, CA). The Monarchs enter the West Alameda County - Shoreline contest with a 10-12 record. In their last contest, Mt. Eden triumphed over Arroyo (San Lorenzo, CA), 49-33, in a league contest.
