December 8, 2023: Carsonville, MI 48419 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Mayville Wildcats (Mayville, MI) and the host Carsonville-Port Sanilac Tigers (Carsonville, MI), saw Mayville's basketball squad wallop Carsonville-Port Sanilac by a tally of 62-29.
With the victory, Mayville improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to All Saints Central (Bay City, MI) to confront the Cougars in a North Central Thumb challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. All Saints Central won 49-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Kingston (Kingston, MI)
Next up, the Tigers confront the North Huron Warriors (Kinde, MI) in a North Central Thumb challenge, on Monday, December 11. Carsonville-Port Sanilac will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 46-45 league win over Caseville (Caseville, MI).
