Illinois High School Volleyball - Bismarck-Henning edged by El Paso-Gridley
September 11, 2021: Bismarck, IL 61814 The El Paso-Gridley Titans held off the host Bismarck-Henning Blue Devils volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Titans now have a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roanoke-Benson for a non-league test on Monday, September 13. El Paso-Gridley will confront a Rockets team coming off a 2-1 league win over Marquette (Ottawa, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 5-1.
The Blue Devils (2-7) will now prepare for their test against Schlarman (Danville, IL). The Hilltoppers enter the Vermilion Valley test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Schlarman was nudged by Danville (Danville, IL), 2-1, in a non-league test.
