The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Lincoln East Spartans (Lincoln, NE) and the visiting Millard North Mustangs (Omaha, NE), observed Lincoln East's football squad bounce Millard North by a count of 56-20.

The Spartans now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln Southeast for a non-league contest on Thursday, September 23. Lincoln East will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 41-7 non-league loss to Creighton Prep (Omaha, NE). The Knights record now stands at 3-1.

Coming up next, the Mustangs encounter the Bryan Bears (Omaha, NE) in a A District 6 contest, on Friday, September 24. Millard North will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
