South Dakota High School Basketball - Bennett County holds off Colome
January 15, 2021: Martin, SD 57551 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Bennett County Warriors (Martin, SD) and the visiting Colome Cowboys (Colome, SD), saw Bennett County's basketball squad hold off Colome by a tally of 39-36.
With the victory, Bennett County improves its record to 2-7 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Jones County (Murdo, SD) to confront the Coyotes in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 16. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a record of 4-5. Jones County won 58-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Philip (Philip, SD)
Next up, the Cowboys confront the Philip Scotties (Philip, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 16. Colome will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Scotties come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 58-50 non-league loss to Jones County (Murdo, SD).
