River Forest Ingots (Hobart, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host East Chicago Central Cardinals (East Chicago, IN), 18-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, River Forest upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Ingots travel to Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN) to battle the Warriors in a Greater Southshore test on Monday, April 15.
