The Fairfax Stampede ran past the visiting South Mountain Jaguars basketball team by a final score of 62-47 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Stampede face the Chavez Champions (Laveen, AZ) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 24. Fairfax will attempt to move on its 19-3 season record. The Champions enter the game with a 19-3 record after their 66-52 non-league win over Boulder Creek (Anthem, AZ).
