New Jersey High School Basketball - Pequannock crushes Eastern Christian
February 24, 2017: North Haledon, NJ 07508 Pequannock Golden Panthers (Pompton Plains, NJ) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Eastern Christian Eagles (North Haledon, NJ), 77-53 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Pequannock upgrades its record to 14-10 on the campaign. The Golden Panthers travel to Ramsey (Ramsey, NJ) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 28. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 16-9. Ramsey lost 60-45 in their recent non-league bout against NV - Demarest (Demarest, NJ)
Next up, the Eagles play the Christ the King Knights (Newark, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 1. Eastern Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 9-14 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 23-4 record after their 71-51 non-league win over North Star Academy (Newark, NJ).
