In Thursday's league contest, the Skyridge Falcons (Lehi, UT) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Corner Canyon Chargers (Draper, UT), by a margin of 15-3.

With the triumph, Skyridge moves its record to 19-5 on the year. The Falcons host Weber (Pleasant View, UT) to play the Warriors in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 7. The Warriors come into the contest with a record of 13-8. Weber won 14-4 in their recent league contest against Layton (Layton, UT)

In their next game, the Chargers play the Hillcrest Huskies (Midvale, UT) in a non-league contest, on Friday, May 6. Corner Canyon will attempt to move on its 3-15 season record. The Huskies come into the contest with a 8-15 record after their 18-1 league loss to Cedar Valley (Eagle Mountain, UT).
