California High School Basketball - Thousand Oaks nips Patrick Henry
December 30, 2016: Thousand Oaks, CA 91360 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Thousand Oaks Lancers (Thousand Oaks, CA) and the visiting Patrick Henry Patriots (San Diego, CA), saw Thousand Oaks's basketball squad hold off Patrick Henry by a count of 56-51.
With the victory, Thousand Oaks upgrades its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Westlake (Westlake Village, CA) to play the Warriors in a Marmonte challenge on Friday, January 6. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 10-7. Westlake lost 57-54 in their recent non-league challenge against Buena (Ventura, CA)
Next up, the Patriots play the Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 5. Patrick Henry will attempt to upgrade on its 11-4 season record. The Highlanders come into the challenge with a 11-4 record after their 73-27 non-league win over Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA).
