Arizona High School Basketball - Seton Catholic holds off Coronado
January 21, 2015: Scottsdale, AZ 85257 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Seton Catholic Sentinels (Chandler, AZ) and the host Coronado Dons (Scottsdale, AZ), saw Seton Catholic's basketball squad hold off Coronado by a tally of 53-51.
With the victory, Seton Catholic improves its record to 12-7 on the campaign. The Sentinels host Apache Junction (Apache Junction, AZ) to confront the Prospectors in a II Section 4 challenge on Friday, January 23. The Prospectors come into the challenge with a record of 4-18. Apache Junction lost 83-28 in their recent league challenge against Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ)
Next up, the Dons confront the Campo Verde Coyotes (Gilbert, AZ) in a II Section 4 challenge, on Friday, January 23. Coronado will attempt to improve on its 4-16 season record. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a 10-9 record after their 62-53 league win over Maricopa (Maricopa, AZ).
