The Fishburne Military Caissons baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Blue Ridge Barons to 3 in the Caissons league victory on Tuesday.

The Caissons (7-7) will now prepare for their match against Carlisle (Axton, VA). The Chiefs go into the VISAA Virginia Independent match with a 4-6 record. In their last match, Carlisle was overwhelmed by Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy (Moneta, VA), 16-0, in a non-league match.

The Barons (2-9) will now prepare for their match against Eastern Mennonite (Harrisonburg, VA). The Flames go into the VISAA Virginia Independent match with a 2-9 record. In their last match, Eastern Mennonite was overwhelmed by Roanoke Catholic (Roanoke, VA), 20-14, in a league match.
