October 6, 2023: Blanchard, MI 49310 Carson City-Crystal Eagles (Carson City, MI) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the host Montabella Mustangs (Blanchard, MI), 26-22 in a league test.
With the triumph, Carson City-Crystal improves its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Eagles host Breckenridge (Breckenridge, MI) to battle the Huskies in a non-league test on Friday, October 13. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 1-6. Breckenridge won 50-12 in their recent non-league test against Byron (Byron, MI)

The Comets come into the test with a record of 4-3. Coleman lost 16-12 in their recent league test against Merrill (Merrill, MI)
