The Saguaro Sabercats softball team scored 4 points and limited the host Desert Vista Thunder to 1 in the Sabercats non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Saguaro moves its record to 9-5 on the year. The Sabercats travel to Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Saturday, March 26. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 8-8. Queen Creek won 8-4 in their recent non-league battle against Mountain View (Mesa, AZ)

The Thunder now possess a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Hamilton for a 5A Fiesta battle on Tuesday, March 29. Desert Vista will meet a Huskies squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Buena (Sierra Vista, AZ). The Huskies record now stands at 13-6.
