New Mexico High School Basketball - Volcano Vista crushes West Las Vegas
November 29, 2022: Albuquerque, NM 87114 Volcano Vista Hawks (Albuquerque, NM) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting West Las Vegas Dons (Las Vegas, NM), 43-19 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Volcano Vista upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Hawks host La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Dons play the Los Lunas Tigers (Los Lunas, NM) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. West Las Vegas will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
