December 29, 2023: Owatonna, MN 55060 The Owatonna Huskies basketball team scored 89 points and held the visiting North Branch Vikings to 56 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Friday.
The Huskies now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blaine for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 30. Owatonna will battle a Bengals team coming off a 103-78 league win over Duluth East (Duluth, MN). The Bengals record now stands at 1-6.
The Vikings (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Duluth East (Duluth, MN). The Greyhounds enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Duluth East was routed by Blaine (Blaine, MN), 103-78, in a league contest.
