Delaware High School Basketball - Polytech fells Seaford
February 3, 2023: Woodside, DE 19980 Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Seaford Bluejays (Seaford, DE), 48-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Polytech upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Smyrna (Smyrna, DE) to clash with the Eagles in a Henlopen - Northern bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 9-4. Smyrna won 77-58 in their recent non-league bout against Middletown (Middletown, DE)
Next up, the Bluejays clash with the Sussex Academy Seahawks (Georgetown, DE) in a Henlopen - Southern bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Seaford will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Seahawks go into the bout with a 1-10 record after their 44-36 league win over Delmar (Delmar, DE).
