Pennsylvania High School Football - Central Catholic overwhelms Norwin

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Central Catholic Vikings (Pittsburgh, PA) and the visiting Norwin Knights (North Huntingdon, PA), observed Central Catholic's football squad bounce Norwin by a tally of 41-0.

The Vikings now possess a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Penn Hills for a WPIAL 6A 1 contest on Friday, October 28. Central Catholic will play a Indians squad coming off a 56-27 non-league loss to Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, PA). The Indians record now stands at 4-5.

Coming up next, the Knights play the Hempfield Area Spartans (Greensburg, PA) in a WPIAL 6A 2 contest, on Friday, October 28. Norwin will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 4-5 record after their 42-7 non-league loss to North Allegheny (Wexford, PA).
