With the victory, Mission Hills improves its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA) to battle the Longhorns in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 7. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a record of 7-9. Rancho Buena Vista lost 59-54 in their recent non-league challenge against Vista (Vista, CA)
Next up, the Monarchs battle the Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 9. Monte Vista will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record. The Highlanders come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 58-41 non-league win over El Cajon Valley (El Cajon, CA).
