Illinois High School Basketball - Loyola Academy crushes Michigan City
November 20, 2021: Wilmette, IL 60091 Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Michigan City Wolves (Michigan City, IN), 59-17 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Loyola Academy upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Ramblers travel to Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Monday, November 22. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Stevenson won 57-47 in their recent non-league bout against Fenwick (Oak Park, IL)
Next up, the Wolves play the Portage Indians (Portage, IN) in a Duneland bout, on Wednesday, November 24. Michigan City will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 48-27 non-league loss to Andrean (Merrillville, IN).
