The Currituck County Knights football squad scored 30 points and limited the visiting Fork Union Military Academy Blue Devils to 22 in the Knights non-league win on Friday.

The Knights now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Hickory for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 1. Currituck County will play a Hawks squad coming off a 36-0 league loss to Indian River (Chesapeake, VA). The Hawks record now stands at 0-1.

Coming up next, the Blue Devils play the St. Michael the Archangel (Fredericksburg, VA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 2.
