Texas High School Basketball - Compass Academy fells Sterling City
December 11, 2021: Sterling City, TX 76951 Compass Academy (Odessa, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Sterling City Eagles (Sterling City, TX), 71-56 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Compass Academy upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The travel to Trinity (Midland, TX) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 14. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 4-5. Trinity won 49-48 in their recent non-league bout against Midessa (Odessa, TX)
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Miles Bulldogs (Miles, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 14. Sterling City will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 84-64 non-league loss to Dublin (Dublin, TX).
