September 19, 2014: Portage, PA 15946 The Portage Mustangs football squad scored 38 points and restricted the visiting Berlin Brothersvalley Mountaineers to 27 in the Mustangs league victory on Friday.
The Mustangs now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shade for a Western Pennsylvania [WPAC] battle on Friday, September 26. Portage will face a Panthers squad coming off a 37-20 league win over Blacklick Valley (Nanty Glo, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-2.
Coming up next, the Mountaineers face the Windber Ramblers (Windber, PA) in a Western Pennsylvania [WPAC] battle, on Friday, September 26.
