Fort Wayne North Side Legends (Fort Wayne, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Bowman Academy Eagles (Gary, IN), 77-63 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fort Wayne North Side upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Legends travel to Northridge (Middlebury, IN) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 21. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Northridge won 59-47 in their recent league bout against Goshen (Goshen, IN)

Next up, the Eagles play the Lafayette Jefferson Bronchos (Lafayette, IN) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 21. Bowman Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Bronchos go into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 61-25 league win over Logansport (Logansport, IN).
