New Jersey High School Football - Northern Burlington gets by Burlington Township
October 15, 2011: Columbus, NJ 08022 The Northern Burlington Greyhounds football squad scored 27 points and restricted the visiting Burlington Township Falcons to 23 in the Greyhounds non-league victory on Saturday.
The Greyhounds now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cinnaminson for a non-league battle on Friday, October 21. Northern Burlington will play a Pirates squad coming off a 42-21 non-league win over Maple Shade (Maple Shade, NJ). The Pirates record now stands at 5-1.
Coming up next, the Falcons play the Hopewell Valley Central Bulldogs (Pennington, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 22. Burlington Township will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 4-2 record after their 41-14 non-league win over Lawrence (Lawrenceville, NJ).
