Indiana High School Volleyball - Eastern over Northwestern

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Eastern Comets (Greentown, IN) and the host Northwestern Tigers (Kokomo, IN), saw Eastern's volleyball squad beat Northwestern by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Eastern upgrades its record to 23-3 on the year. The Comets travel to Carroll (Flora, IN) to play the Cougars in a Hoosier Heartland bout on Thursday, October 5. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 1-25. Carroll lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Taylor (Kokomo, IN)

The Tigers now own a 12-15 record. They play next when they travel to Maconaquah for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 12. Northwestern will play a Braves squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Wes-Del (Gaston, IN). The Braves record now stands at 10-20.
