May 1, 2024: Tenafly, NJ 07670 Ridgefield Memorial Royals (Ridgefield, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Tenafly Tigers (Tenafly, NJ), 18-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Royals now own a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Saddle Brook for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 3. Ridgefield Memorial will battle a Falcons squad coming off a 11-0 league loss to Wallington (Wallington, NJ). The Falcons record now stands at 6-10.
With the loss, Tenafly falls to 0-15 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Belleville (Belleville, NJ) to battle the Buccaneers in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 3. The Buccaneers enter the challenge with a record of 7-5. Belleville lost 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Payne Tech (Newark, NJ)
