Sehome Mariners (Bellingham, WA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Burlington-Edison Tigers (Burlington, WA), 4-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Mariners confront the Bellingham Bayhawks (Bellingham, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge, on Tuesday, September 12. Sehome will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Bayhawks enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 4-1 league win over Lynden (Lynden, WA).
