American Eagles (Fremont, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Redwood Giants (Larkspur, CA), 61-58 in a non-league bout.

With the win, American upgrades its record to 18-9 on the season. The Eagles travel to Benicia (Benicia, CA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 17. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 19-10. Benicia won 43-31 in their recent non-league bout against Petaluma (Petaluma, CA)
