South Dakota High School Basketball - Winner can't hold off Riggs

The Riggs Governors basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Winner Warriors to 55 in the Governors non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Governors now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Douglas for a AA contest on Tuesday, January 16. Riggs will battle a Patriots team coming off a 73-65 non-league win over Belle Fourche (Belle Fourche, SD). The Patriots record now stands at 2-6.

The Warriors (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lyman (Presho, SD). The Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 2-4 record.
