The First Flight Nighthawks got by the host New Bern Bears lacrosse team by a final score of 12-11 in Wednesday's league match.

With the win, First Flight betters its record to 10-1 on the season. The Nighthawks host Havelock (Havelock, NC) to play the Rams in a Big Carolina/Northeastern Coastal match on Monday, April 22. The Rams go into the match with a record of 2-8. Havelock won 6-5 in their recent league match against Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC)

With the defeat, New Bern drops to 6-6 on the season. The Bears travel to D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC) to play the Vikings in a non-league match on Thursday, April 18.
