California High School Softball - Millikan holds off La Mirada
April 30, 2021: Long Beach, CA 90815 The Millikan Rams the visiting La Mirada Matadores softball squad by a final score of 4-2 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Rams (10-6) will now prepare for their battle against Cabrillo (Long Beach, CA). The Jaguars go into the Moore battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Cabrillo by Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA), 24-0, in a league battle.
The Matadores now possess a 9-5 record. They play next when they host St. Paul for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 1. La Mirada will confront a Swordsmen squad coming off a 9-0 league win over Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA). The Swordsmen record now stands at 13-5.
