The Bishop Canevin Crusaders basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Seton LaSalle Rebels to 50 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Crusaders now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Avonworth for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20.

The Rebels (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Montour (McKees Rocks, PA). The Spartans come into the non-league bout with a 2-7 record. In their last bout, Montour was edged by Quaker Valley (Leetsdale, PA), 45-35, in a non-league bout.
