Michigan High School Basketball - Carlson knocked off by Huron
January 4, 2022: Gibraltar, MI 48173 The Huron Chiefs basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Carlson Marauders to 56 in the Chiefs league triumph on Tuesday.
The Chiefs now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Flat Rock for a Huron contest on Friday, January 7. Huron will battle a Rams team coming off a 85-71 league win over Bedford (Temperance, MI). The Rams record now stands at 2-2.
The Marauders (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln Park (Lincoln Park, MI). The Railsplitters enter the Downriver contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Lincoln Park was defeated by Advanced Tech Academy (Dearborn, MI), 53-50, in a non-league contest.
