August 26, 2023: San Leandro, CA 94577 San Leandro Pirates (San Leandro, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting San Rafael Bulldogs (San Rafael, CA), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Pirates clash with the Mission San Jose Warriors (Fremont, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 26. San Leandro will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record.
With the loss, San Rafael drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Holy Names (Oakland, CA) to clash with the Monarchs in a non-league match on Sunday, August 27. The Monarchs come into the match with a record of 0-1. Holy Names lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Novato (Novato, CA)
