Paramus Catholic Paladins (Paramus, NJ) backers were in high spirits Sunday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Northern Highlands Highlanders (Allendale, NJ), 58-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Paramus Catholic upgrades its record to 11-12 on the season. The Paladins travel to Ridgefield Park (Ridgefield Park, NJ) to play the Scarlets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 22. The Scarlets go into the bout with a record of 4-12. Ridgefield Park lost 41-37 in their recent league bout against Cliffside Park (Cliffside Park, NJ)

Next up, the Highlanders play the West Essex Knights (North Caldwell, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 22. Northern Highlands will attempt to upgrade on its 8-17 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 14-8 record after their 72-71 non-league loss to Belleville (Belleville, NJ).
