September 25, 2010: Houston, TX 77045 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Madison Marlins (Houston, TX) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Furr Brahmans (Houston, TX), by a margin of 2-0.
Next up, the Marlins battle the Westside Wolves (Houston, TX) in a 5A Region III District 20 contest, on Friday, October 8. Madison will attempt to better on its 3-8 season record.
With the loss, Furr drops to 6-3 on the campaign. The Brahmans travel to Jones (Houston, TX) to face the Falcons in a 4A Region III District 22 outing on Sunday, September 26. The Falcons go into the outing with a record of 2-3. Jones lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Northbrook (Houston, TX)
