The Red Lodge Rams basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Sweet Grass County Sheepherders to 27 in the Rams non-league triumph on Friday.

The Rams now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Columbus for a B District 4 contest on Friday, February 12. Red Lodge will meet a Cougars team coming off a 50-41 league win over Roundup (Roundup, MT). The Cougars record now stands at 7-4.

The Sheepherders (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Jefferson (Boulder, MT). The Panthers enter the B District 5 contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Jefferson was routed by Manhattan Christian (Manhattan, MT), 70-47, in a non-league contest.
