Illinois High School Basketball - Lake Park crushes Fenwick
December 28, 2022: Oak Park, IL 60302 Lake Park Lancers (Roselle, IL) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Fenwick Friars (Oak Park, IL), 53-32 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Lake Park upgrades its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to New Trier (Winnetka, IL) to play the Trevians in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Trevians come into the bout with a record of 9-7. New Trier won 48-35 in their recent non-league bout against Maine West (Des Plaines, IL)
Next up, the Friars play the Maine West Warriors (Des Plaines, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 29. Fenwick will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 6-8 record after their 48-35 non-league loss to New Trier (Winnetka, IL).
