The South Aiken Thoroughbreds soccer team scored 9 points and limited the visiting Ridge View Blazers to 0 in the Thoroughbreds non-league victory on Monday.

Next, the Thoroughbreds face the Airport Eagles (West Columbia, SC) in a AAAA Region 5 contest, on Thursday, April 28. South Aiken will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 1-15 record after their 1-0 league loss to Midland Valley (Graniteville, SC).

The Blazers now have a 6-15 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gray Collegiate Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, April 28.
