The Bishop O'Connell Knights crushed the host St. John's Cadets baseball team by a count of 11-5 in Friday's league bout.

The Knights now possess a 16-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to DeMatha for a Washington Catholic bout on Monday, May 2. Bishop O'Connell will face a Stags team coming off a 7-4 league loss to St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD). The Stags record now stands at 13-11.

Next, the Cadets face the Landon Bears (Bethesda, MD) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 30. St. John's will attempt to move on its 16-5 season record. The Bears enter the bout with a 11-7 record after their 14-7 league win over Bullis (Potomac, MD).
