Massachusetts High School Soccer - Norton held off by Foxborough
September 17, 2021: Foxborough, MA 02035 The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Foxborough Warriors (Foxborough, MA) and the visiting Norton Lancers (Norton, MA), saw Foxborough's soccer squad get by Norton by a margin of 2-1.
The Warriors now sport a 3-1 record. They play next when they host North Attleborough for a Hockomock test on Monday, September 20. Foxborough will meet a Rocketeers squad coming off a 1-0 league win over King Philip Regional (Wrentham, MA). The Rocketeers record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Norton drops to 2-3 on the season. The Lancers host Dover-Sherborn (Dover, MA) to meet the Raiders in a Tri-Valley test on Tuesday, September 21. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 5-3. Dover-Sherborn won 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Nipmuc Regional (Upton, MA)
