In Tuesday's league outing, the Tri-Cities Bulldogs (East Point, GA) basketball squad edged the visiting Mays Raiders (Atlanta, GA), by a margin of 44-39.

The Bulldogs (12-8) will now prepare for their outing against Midtown (Atlanta, GA). The Knights go into the AAAAA Region 5 outing with a 16-5 record. In their last outing, Midtown held off Creekside (Fairburn, GA), 49-22, in a league outing.

The Raiders now own a 7-14 record. They play next when they host Chapel Hill for a AAAAA Region 5 outing on Friday, February 3. Mays will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 38-36 league loss to Banneker (College Park, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 4-16.
