The Millbrook Wildcats basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Wakefield Wolverines to 16 in the Wildcats league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Knightdale for a 4A Conference 27 contest on Thursday, February 3. Millbrook will battle a Knights team coming off a 41-31 league loss to Rolesville (Rolesville, NC). The Knights record now stands at 8-11.

The Wolverines (3-12) will now prepare for their contest against Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC). The Cougars enter the 4A Conference 27 contest with a 12-6 record.
