December 7, 2021: Monroe, LA 71203 Ouachita Christian Eagles (Monroe, LA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Sterlington Panthers (Sterlington, LA), 64-28 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Ouachita Christian upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Eagles host West Ouachita (West Monroe, LA) to play the Chiefs in a non-league bout on Monday, December 13. The Chiefs go into the bout with a record of 2-1.
Next up, the Panthers play the Cedar Creek Cougars (Ruston, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 13. Sterlington will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 64-14 non-league win over Beekman (Bastrop, LA).
