South Dakota High School Basketball - DeSmet nudges Clark/Willow Lake
December 14, 2021: Clark, SD 57225 DeSmet Bulldogs (DeSmet, SD) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Clark/Willow Lake Cyclones (Clark, SD), 60-57 in a non-league bout.
With the win, DeSmet upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Bulldogs host Estelline/Hendricks (Estelline, SD) to clash with the in a B Region 3 bout on Thursday, December 16. The go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Estelline/Hendricks won 64-45 in their recent non-league bout against Langford (Langford, SD)
Next up, the Cyclones clash with the Florence/Henry Flyers (Florence, SD) in a A Region 1 bout, on Tuesday, December 21. Clark/Willow Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Flyers go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 45-41 non-league loss to Faulkton (Faulkton, SD).
