Indiana High School Basketball - Jay County fells Delta

Jay County Patriots (Portland, IN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Delta Eagles (Muncie, IN), 45-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Jay County upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Patriots travel to South Adams (Berne, IN) to play the Starfires in a Allen County bout on Saturday, December 13. The Starfires go into the bout with a record of 0-2. South Adams lost 52-49 in their recent league bout against Bluffton (Bluffton, IN)

Next up, the Eagles play the Yorktown Tigers (Yorktown, IN) in a Hoosier Heritage bout, on Friday, December 12. Delta will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 67-33 non-league win over Muncie Burris (Muncie, IN).
