Pennsylvania High School Softball - Spring-Ford bounces Liberty
March 25, 2022: Royersford, PA 19468 Spring-Ford Rams (Royersford, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Liberty Hurricanes (Bethlehem, PA), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Rams now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Perkiomen Valley for a Pioneer challenge on Wednesday, March 30. Spring-Ford will battle a Vikings squad coming off a 8-3 non-league win over Gwynedd Mercy Academy (Gwynedd Valley, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Liberty falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Hurricanes host Palmerton (Palmerton, PA) to battle the Blue Bombers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 5. The Blue Bombers enter the challenge with a record of 1-1.
